Now, with Dashreels, the company is pioneering a new realm of short-form video content by combining captivating short dramas with groundbreaking AI-generated originals. The goal is to establish Dashverse as the premier destination for engaging, short-form narrative content globally. As an Art Lead, your role involves overseeing the creative execution of multiple AI-driven micro-drama shows. You will manage teams of Senior AI Artists and AI Artists, defining the visual direction for each production, supervising casting decisions, and ensuring the consistent, high-quality, and timely delivery of assets. Responsibilities include leading art teams across 23 shows concurrently, collaborating closely with the Creative Director and other leads in scripting, animation, and post-production. You will set the visual style, language, and tone for each show based on the Creative Director's vision, make casting and character asset decisions to maintain continuity, guide Senior AI Artists in upholding quality, monitor team productivity, manage expectations, ensure timely delivery of visuals, bridge creativity with execution, troubleshoot creative issues proactively, adapt to new tools and production needs, and participate in reviews, planning meetings, and creative syncs with other departments. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in art direction, visual development, or creative production, with a background in film/video production or animation/motion design preferred. Key qualifications include a keen eye for composition, lighting, character aesthetics, and visual storytelling, proven experience in leading creative teams and providing constructive feedback, effective communication skills to balance creative vision with production efficiency, and comfort in working with AI-based workflows and exploring new visual technologies.
