Visual Designer Trainer

Job Description
Techoftheday Academy is seeking a creative, passionate, and skilled Visual Design Trainer to inspire and educate aspiring designers. In this role, you will deliver high-quality training sessions on graphic design principles, tools, and industry best practices. The position requires strong knowledge of design fundamentals, proficiency with design software, and the ability to guide students in developing impactful portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, interactive sessions on visual/graphic design, UI/UX basics, branding, and layout design.
• Teach industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva.
• Create and update training materials, assignments, and projects tailored to varying learning levels.
• Support students in building professional design portfolios and real-world project work.
• Conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions, offering constructive feedback and skill development guidance.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques, integrating them into training sessions.
• Evaluate student performance through practical tasks, quizzes, and reviews.
• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance curriculum and delivery methods.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in visual design, graphic design, or UI/UX design (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is a plus.
• Ability to break down complex design concepts for beginner and intermediate learners.
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
