Visual Designer - Branding & Packaging

As a designer at TruBlu Design Labs, you will be responsible for creating branding and packaging designs from concept to final print-ready files. Your role will also involve developing brand identity assets including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual language. You will need to translate brand strategy into impactful, market-ready designs and design for multiple packaging formats such as pouches, cartons, labels, rigid boxes, etc. It is crucial to ensure that your designs meet print, production, and material specifications. Collaboration with strategists, copywriters, and marketing teams to align visuals with brand positioning will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, keeping up-to-date with design trends, printing techniques, and material innovations is essential for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should possess visual design, graphic design, and graphics skills along with experience in branding and packaging design. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is required. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are important, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is necessary, and experience in the design industry is a plus.,
