Visual Designer - Associate

As a Product Designer at our company, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of private banking by driving innovation and excellence in digital product design. Your role will involve creating impactful experiences that strengthen client-advisor relationships, making a significant difference in the financial world. Key Responsibilities: - Help shape the visual identity of our digital products by collaborating with partners in design systems, brand, and marketing teams. - Work on design systems to ensure high-quality, consistent designs are delivered efficiently. - Understand user problems, find solutions, and work with engineers to deliver them, maintaining high design standards. - Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to generate new ideas. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including other product designers, researchers, content writers, product managers, engineers, and business partners to define and deliver on a product roadmap. - Work closely with front-end engineers to ensure user experiences meet design standards. - Achieve project goals and metrics at and after launch. Qualifications Required: - Online portfolio showcasing high-quality visual and interaction design solving real user problems. - 7+ years of experience in product, visual, and UI design. - Experience in working with and contributing to design systems at scale. - Proficiency in Figma and digital accessibility principles. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. - Willingness to work outside normal business hours to communicate with international colleagues.,
