Location: Noida (On-site)

Experience Required: 1–2 years (1 year bare minimum; 1.5 years preferred)

Role Overview: We’re hiring a Visual Creative Designer who is not only well-versed in graphic design tools but also has a keen sense of aesthetics, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling. You should have the ability to research deeply, understand what works visually in the solar and infrastructure space, and support the social media team with scroll-stopping creatives.

This is a design-first role, but we’re looking for someone who also understands Instagram, LinkedIn, and platform algorithms to ensure creative designs perform well online.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for digital platforms – social media, presentations, website, ads, blogs, and internal communication
• Translate technical or industry content into visually engaging format
• Create visual templates and style guides as needed
• Assist in content planning for social media by suggesting visual ideas
• Stay updated with social media trends and design best practices
• Work collaboratively with the content, marketing, and technical teams
• Ensure all creative output is aligned with platform performance (e.g., formats that work well on Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, X etc.)

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or creative media
• Strong portfolio showcasing static designs, brand visuals, and post creatives
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or Figma
• Solid understanding of color psychology, visual hierarchy, and typography
• Research-driven mindset with ability to conceptualize ideas visually
• Awareness of major social media platform trends and creative formats
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
