As a Java & JavaScript Trainer at Vista Tech, you will play a crucial role in delivering hands-on training sessions to students in both Tamil and English. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality instruction in Java, JavaScript, Angular, ReactJS, and Node.js, fostering the growth of aspiring professionals into industry-ready full stack developers. You will engage learners with practical, project-based learning approaches, guiding them through coding exercises and mini-projects to enhance their comprehension and skills. By conducting structured and interactive training sessions, you will continuously assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and design relevant assessments to evaluate their learning outcomes effectively. Your proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Angular, ReactJS, and Node.js will be instrumental in ensuring the success of the training programs. Additionally, your ability to communicate effectively in both Tamil and English, coupled with prior experience in teaching/training or mentoring students, will be highly advantageous in this role.
