Role Description This full-time on-site role, across Kerala, Chennai, and Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth, and managing accounts. This role will also involve conducting market research, preparing presentations, and negotiating contracts with potential clients. Qualifications Strong Business Development, Sales, and Account Management skills Experience in client relationship management and customer service Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Market research and strategic planning abilities Knowledge of Quality Health, Safety, and Environment standards is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Ability to work independently and effectively within a team Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
