Visitor Services Assistant

Position Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Visitor to conduct physical property inspections and collect necessary data to support accurate property valuations. The role involves visiting residential, commercial, and industrial properties, documenting property details, taking photographs, and preparing basic site reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned property locations to conduct physical inspections
• Accurately measure property dimensions, assess property condition, and note important features.
• Take clear, professional photographs of properties and relevant surroundings.
• Verify property details (ownership signage, access, occupancy, property use).
• Communicate with property owners, tenants, or site contacts to gather relevant information when required.
• Ensure proper documentation of site visits, including checklists, sketches, and notes.
• Submit all site reports, photographs, and documents to the valuation/report writing team promptly.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and professional standards during site visits.
• Maintain daily visit logs and report issues or discrepancies immediately
• Assist in coordinating appointments for site access when needed.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Diploma in civil or ITI Certified
• Previous experience in real estate, surveying, inspection, or a related field is an advantage.
• Good observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Basic knowledge of property types (residential, commercial, industrial)
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Proficient in using smartphones, computers, and basic apps for photo capture and data entry.
• Professional appearance and behavior during site interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
