Job Description: The Museum of Solutions is an innovative, interactive space designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and learning. We are looking for Floor Facilitator Interns to engage visitors, assist in exhibit operations, and ensure a dynamic, hands-on experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities: Engage visitors by guiding them through interactive exhibits and experiences . Facilitate hands-on activities, workshops, and live demonstrations for children and families. Explain concepts in an engaging, simple, and interactive manner to diverse age groups. Ensure exhibit functionality , troubleshoot minor technical issues, and provide assistance where needed. Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized museum environment. Support crowd management and smooth visitor flow during peak hours. Gather feedback from visitors and provide observations to the museum team. Assist in setting up, organizing, and maintaining exhibit spaces . Desired Candidate Profile: Education: Any Graduate (Preferred: Education, Communication, Science, Arts, Museum Studies, or related fields). Skills Required: Strong communication & public engagement skills. Enthusiastic, energetic, and proactive in interacting with visitors . Comfortable with live demonstrations and hands-on learning . Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment . Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist in various museum activities .
