Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join as Visiting Faculty for the subject of Operations Management for the 2nd Year BBA students. The candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures, facilitating learning, and bridging academic concepts with real-world applications in operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Operations Management topics as per the BBA 2nd Year curriculum
• Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, case studies, and assignments
• Encourage interactive discussions and practical understanding of operations processes
• Provide real-life industry examples and best practices to enhance learning
• Guide students on latest trends and technologies in operations management

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Relevant industry experience in operations management is preferred
• Prior teaching or training experience is Must
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex operations management concepts for students

Contract & Remuneration:

• Part-time visiting faculty position for the academic term
• Remuneration as per college norms and experience
• Flexible teaching schedule to accommodate professionals
