Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, and managing client accounts. Daily tasks include identifying business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies for business growth, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation Strong skills in Business and Account Management Excellent Communication skills Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Proven track record of achieving business growth targets Experience in the IT/software industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field Not e: A 2-month training will be provided, and freshers from any graduate background are welcome to apply .
