As a Modernization Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to visit potential modernization customers, including architects, construction companies, and residential & commercial establishments. You will proactively seek new modernization opportunities by preparing offers, attending negotiations, collecting orders, and closing modernization sales contracts. It will be your duty to ensure contract compliance for all major modernizations in alignment with the Branch Modernization targets and Schindler internal procedures. In addition, you will audit existing Schindler equipment to determine the retention of components and assess financial viability. You will also be required to coordinate big or complex modernizations with the Modernizations and Design Center and the Branch team as needed. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday. The job location is in Cochi, Kerala, and you should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Preferred). The expected start date for this role is 01/07/2025.,
