We’re now hiring a Strategic Operator to lead social media strategy, content calendars, and growth plays for both Vision Play and our clients. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll shape strategy, spot trends, and run experiments, while working closely with creators at the intersection of content, community, and commerce. Role Objective Own the social media strategy, content calendar, and growth plays for Vision Play and our clients. Core focus: Planning, copywriting, trendspotting, engagement, analytics. Key Responsibilities Develop content pillars and monthly/quarterly social calendars. Write platform-specific captions, hooks, and CTAs. Spot trends and adapt them to Vision Play and client brands. Coordinate with the Creative Executor to deliver assets on time. Handle community management, respond to comments/DMs in brand voice. Run content experiments, review analytics, and adjust strategy accordingly. Core Skills Strong copywriting and storytelling across multiple platforms. Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices. Comfortable using analytics tools (native, TubeBuddy, vidIQ, Meta Insights). Strong organizational skills for calendars, deadlines, and task tracking. Basic design/video knowledge to brief the Creative Executor effectively. Ideal Profile High autonomy, quick decision-maker. Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments. Comfortable with ambiguity and defining next steps. Socially aware, can adapt tone for different brands.
