The ideal candidate should be confident in preparing Chinese dishes (fried rice, noodles, gravies, momos, etc.) while also being versatile to handle our daily order volume of 25+ orders across two kitchens. This role demands someone who is smart, efficient, and organized, with the ability to manage time and multiple orders while maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards.
