Reviewing and vetting of various RFPs, concession agreements, service agreements, vendor agreements, share subscription agreement (SSA), shareholders agreement (SHA), works contracts, work orders, letter of interests etc. Review and capture obligations, financial risks, operational risks and legal risks from RFPs, MSAs, SLAs etc Contractual Disputes: Resolve contractual disputes swiftly and amicably, fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders. Contract Amendments: Facilitate necessary amendments and modifications to contracts, keeping them updated and reflective of project needs
