Develop consistent branding assets including logo variations, color schemes, typography, and templates. Take ownership of design projects from concept to final execution. Stay updated with the latest design trends, especially in the tech education and social media space. Required Skills: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva. Good understanding of visual hierarchy, layout design, typography, and color theory. Experience with social media design and digital marketing creatives. Ability to take constructive feedback and revise designs accordingly. Optional but preferred: Basic video editing or motion graphics skills (After Effects or similar). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1–2 years of professional experience in a graphic design role.
