Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata (reporting office, and area to be covered West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha) for a Technical Sales cum Application Engineer. The role involves providing technical support, addressing customer inquiries, and developing technical solutions. The individual will handle sales engineering tasks, conduct product demonstrations, and work closely with the sales team to drive and close sales opportunities. The engineer will also be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment, as well as training clients on the proper use of products. Qualifications Experience in Sales Engineering and Sales Technical Support skills Background in Electronics/ Communication/ Instrumentation/ Electrical Engineering Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field is preferred Experience in a technical sales role is a plus
