The Quality Control Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product quality control, ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards, and leading quality assurance processes. Key duties include managing quality control activities, performing quality audits, enforcing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, and ensuring quality management systems are maintained and improved. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Qualifications Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills Expertise in Quality Management and Quality Auditing Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
