We are hiring a field-oriented Business Development & Marketing Executive to promote our cold storage services, generate new leads, and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires regular visits to wholesale markets and commercial hubs to procure new business. Key Responsibilities Market Outreach: Visit local goods markets to promote cold storage services and engage potential clients. Lead Generation: Identify and contact wholesalers, traders, exporters, and other businesses in need of cold storage. Client Onboarding: Explain service offerings, negotiate terms, and close deals with prospective customers. Customer Service: Manage client relationships, address grievances, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Follow-Ups: Maintain records of inquiries and perform timely follow-ups to convert leads. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred) Experience in B2B marketing, logistics, or field sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Comfortable working on the ground and interacting with diverse clients Proficiency in English and Hindi. Additional proficiency in Marathi is preferred.
