Role Description This is a full-time role for a Mold Designer ( Power shape ) located on-site in Padappai, Sriperumbudur. The Mold Designer will be responsible for creating and designing molds, working closely with the tooling and engineering teams. Day-to-day tasks include designing mold specifications, handling injection molding processes, and ensuring the precision and quality of molds. The Mold Designer will also collaborate with different departments to ensure design feasibility and functionality. Qualifications Proficiency in Tooling Design and Design Engineering Experience in Mold Design and Injection Molding Strong understanding of mold specifications and manufacturing processes Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a cipet or related field Relevant experience in the plastics mold manufacturing industry is an advantage
