Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Specialist based in Faridabad. The Visa Specialist will manage visa application processes, assist clients in document preparation, and provide consultations on visa procedures. The role involves staying up to date with visa policies and regulations, coordinating with embassies, and ensuring the highest level of client support during the visa application journey. Additional responsibilities include handling queries, maintaining client records, and facilitating smooth communication between clients and authorities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of visa processes, documentation, and policies related to Germany
• Excellent communication and client consultation skills
• Attention to detail for reviewing documents, ensuring accuracy, and addressing errors
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple visa cases efficiently
• Proficiency in using computer systems and managing client databases
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is an added advantage
• Prior experience in visa consultancy or education services is highly preferred
• Ability to remain updated on changing visa regulations and requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant experience in related roles
