Shift: Day shift | 6 days working

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Visa Specialist with 4+ years of expertise in tourist visa processing. The candidate should have strong knowledge of visa procedures for multiple countries and excellent client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 

  end-to-end tourist visa applications

   (Schengen, USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Singapore, etc.)
• Guide clients on 

  visa requirements, forms, and documentation

• Verify and organize documents before submission

• Handle urgent cases/rejections

   with corrective solutions
• Update clients on their application status and timelines
• Maintain accurate visa records and reports
• Deliver excellent customer service and support

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience

   in tourist visa processing (travel agency background preferred)
• Strong knowledge of 

  Schengen, UK, US, Canada, UAE visa requirements

• Excellent communication and client handling skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases
