Visa Specialist (Female)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a female Visa Specialist to join our team. The candidate will guide clients through visa application processes, documentation, and ensure smooth handling of immigration cases.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information on visa requirements, processes, and timelines.
• Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa applications and supporting documents.
• Stay updated with the latest immigration rules and policies of different countries.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, or in person to resolve queries.
• Maintain proper records of applications and follow up until final approval.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional guidance and support.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Graduation (required).
• Prior experience in visa/immigration counseling will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
