Role & responsibilities Handle tourist visa applications for multiple countries (Schengen ,UK, USA, Australia, UAE, Singapore, Canada. etc.). Guide customers through visa requirements, documentation, and timelines based on destination. Review and verify all documents for completeness and compliance with consulate/embassy standards. Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa service providers. Book visa appointments and assist in form filling (online and manual). Track and update clients on visa status and follow up for pending documents or actions. Stay updated with changing visa rules, embassy holidays, and processing delays. Assist internal sales and holiday planning teams with visa-related advice and timelines. Handle escalations, refusals, or reapplications professionally and efficiently. Preferred candidate profile Knowledge of GDS/booking tools is a plus. Ability to handle high-volume visa applications, especially during peak travel seasons.
