Job Summary:The Work and Tourist Counselor is responsible for advising individuals on travel and employment opportunities abroad. This role involves providing accurate information regarding visa options, documentation, travel requirements, and work permit processes. The counselor plays a key role in guiding clients through their journey—from planning to departure—ensuring a smooth and informed experience. Key Responsibilities:Provide personalized counseling to clients interested in work or tourism abroad. Assess client profiles and recommend suitable travel or employment destinations based on eligibility and preferences. Explain visa categories, application procedures, and documentation requirements clearly and professionally. Assist in preparing and reviewing application forms, resumes, cover letters, and other required documents. Guide clients in booking appointments, medicals, biometric sessions, and interviews (if applicable). Stay updated with immigration laws, visa policies, and travel advisories. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up and support. Collaborate with internal teams such as documentation, processing, and travel desk. Attend training sessions and stay informed about new opportunities, programs, or rule changes.
