With a minimum of 4 years of experience in study abroad operations, you will lead processes, manage people, and oversee visa lodgements to ensure efficient operations. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the visa lodgement process, establishing efficient processes, conducting training for team members, monitoring quality and performance, and staying updated on New Zealand university admission requirements. Additionally, the role involves providing guidance to the team on study options, ensuring timely communication with universities and students, preparing reports for leadership, and actively participating in education fairs and events. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Operations Management within the study abroad sector, with a focus on New Zealand. Strong leadership skills, the ability to create processes, oversee visa lodgements, and achieve targets are essential. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, along with a proactive and detail-oriented approach, are desired qualities. This role is based in Delhi NCR and offers a hybrid work model combining office and work from home arrangements.
