Review and cross-check all documents to avoid rejections or delays. Liaise with internal counselors and external agents for smooth visa processing. Ensure confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards throughout the process. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 8-13 years of experience in visa filing (mandatory). Strong knowledge of tourist/visitor visa processes for Australia, Canada, NZ, UK, Schengen, South Korea, and Japan . Proven track record in invitation letter handling and visa approvals . Strong visa processing knowledge for both domestic and international travel. Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) for travel bookings and visa management. Excellent communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach . Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service. Strong understanding of corporate travel requirements , travel documentation, and visa regulations for various global destinations.
