In this role, you will organize workshops and training sessions as needed and collaborate with other departments and staff members to enhance curriculum, processes, training plans, and assessment techniques. Setting periodic goals for students and offering guidance to help them achieve these goals will be crucial aspects of your role. It will be essential to stay up-to-date with industry practices through self-learning methods, develop new strategies for an improved learning experience, and keep abreast of developments in teaching and your relevant subject area.
