Gilpin Travels is Hiring For Head - Visa Location - Andheri Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Oversee the daily operations of the visa and travel services department. Ensure compliance with all visa regulations and policies. Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance of the department. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skill : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on visa services. Proven track record of successful leadership and management. In-depth knowledge of visa regulations, processes, and industry best practices.
