Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Visa Filing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role focuses specifically on Australia and New Zealand visa applications, offering excellent career growth opportunities in the thriving immigration sector.

Key Responsibilities

Visa Application Processing: Handle end-to-end Australia and New Zealand visa applications including student visas, PR applications, and visitor visas

Documentation Management: Collect, verify, and organize client documents as per visa requirements and embassy guidelines

Client Communication: Provide expert guidance to clients regarding visa processes, requirements, and timelines

Compliance Management: Ensure all applications comply with current immigration laws and regulations

Application Tracking: Monitor visa application status and keep clients updated throughout the process

Embassy Liaison: Coordinate with Australian and New Zealand consulates and immigration authorities

Required Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
Communication: Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
Specialization: Knowledge of Australia/New Zealand immigration processes preferred
Skills: Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and client service orientation
