Job Description

End to end visa application processing, including initial advice, assisting clients with applications, creating files, coordinating with embassies and couriers, arranging payment and dispatching documents and complete records for invoicing.
Maintain accurate and current information displayed on our online visa database
Monthly review of the VISA Team progress and collect client feedback
Maintain monthly reports of VISA Department and documentation of Clients records
Keep an up to date knowledge of all visa requirements
Provide Consultation to clients on visa processing requirements. Handle all stages of the application process, keeping clients updated with the progress of their application throughout
Coordination with Embassies/Consulates/ Visa Processing Centres
Building and maintaining appropriate relationships
Preparation of documents required for Visa Application. Respond to incoming calls and emails regarding new and progressing visa applications for all countries, whether physical or e-visas
Online Visa Processing
Timely and accurate deposit of applications
Daily reporting of all activities

Desired Candidate Profile

University Graduate in any stream
05-10 years of overall work experience, preferably in the VISA process
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and questioning skills
Complete knowledge of visa requirements
Experience of dealing with embassies, either in person, over the phone or over email preferred
Must have previous experience of processing a worldwide range of visas for a wide range of embassies & consulates preferred
Pro-active approach to work and problem solving with excellent decision making and judgement.
Experience in using GDS(Galileo/Amadeus etc.) would be an advantage but are not essential
