Visa Documentation & Admin Executive

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Shift: 8.5 hours

Week off: 2nd and 4th Saturday off and all Sundays off

• Arrange proper documents for Visa as per the requirements and coordinate with the Visa Agent to get the Visa timely.
• Booking flights, accommodations, and other travel-related arrangements.
• Managing complex schedules, including meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
• Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Ordering supplies, maintaining records, and managing general office tasks.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and summaries, and compiling data for decision-making.
• Conducting research, assisting with projects, and coordinating with other teams.
• Setting up and coordinating meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
• Provide administrative support for HR executives.
• General HR administration, such as preparation of employment letters, confirmation letter etc.
• Prepare correspondence, arrange meetings, process confidential reports and documents.

Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
