VISA COUNSLOR / TELE CALLER

Position 1: Visa Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized counseling to clients for study, work, PR, and visitor visa applications.
• Assess profiles and recommend the most suitable country, program, or visa pathway based on client goals.
• Assist in documentation, application submission, and follow-up with embassies and universities.
• Build trust-based relationships with clients by offering honest and up-to-date immigration advice.
• Maintain daily reports and achieve assigned conversion targets.

• Have excellent communication and empathy skills.
• Are proactive, confident, and people-oriented.
• Stay curious about global education, migration, and career opportunities.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (any stream) and are comfortable working with CRM tools.
• Prior experience in immigration, study abroad, or consulting will be an advantage.

Position 2: Telecaller – Immigration Process

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls.
• Present our services clearly and inspire clients to take the next step toward their overseas dream.
• Follow up with leads, maintain call records, and coordinate appointments for counselors.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and counseling teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

• Communicate naturally and confidently in English and Hindi.
• Enjoy conversations, persuasion, and helping people make informed choices.
• Are goal-oriented and thrive in a friendly, high-energy environment.
• Have prior experience in customer service or telecalling (preferred but not mandatory).
