About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Visa Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist students and clients in preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa applications while providing accurate information and personalized guidance for study, travel, or immigration purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide students and clients through the complete visa application process for countries such as Canada, UK, USA, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Assess applicants’ profiles and suggest the best visa options based on eligibility.
• Review documents and ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies, embassy updates, and immigration rules.
• Schedule appointments and prepare clients for visa interviews.
• Coordinate with admission, travel, and documentation teams for smooth processing.
• Handle walk-in inquiries and respond promptly to calls, emails, and messages.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
• Achieve monthly visa success and conversion targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in visa counseling, study abroad, or immigration consultancy (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and document verification skills.
• Good command of MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
