Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Visa Counsellor to join our team. As a Visa Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding and assisting clients through the visa application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information on visa requirements, procedures, and documentation.
- Assisting clients in completing visa application forms and ensuring all necessary documents are submitted correctly.- Conducting thorough assessments of clients' eligibility for various visa categories.- Offering personalized advice and recommendations to clients based on their individual circumstances.- Resolving any visa-related issues or concerns that may arise during the application process.
