Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries Explain visa services (study, work, tourist, PR) in a simple and clear manner Maintain accurate client records and call logs Schedule appointments for Visa Counsellors Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets Handle client queries politely and professionally Coordinate with the counselling team for lead conversion Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Punjabi is an advantage) Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, calling software) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience in telecalling or sales is a plus (freshers can apply)
