Visa Counsellor

About the Role: We are a reputed and fast-growing immigration consultancy firm, currently seeking experienced and dynamic female Visa Counsellors to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a passion for helping people navigate their immigration journey. While prior experience in counselling is preferred, exceptional freshers with strong interpersonal abilities and confidence will also be considered. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance to clients regarding visa applications for various countries (e.g., Canada, Australia, UK, etc.) Counsel clients on immigration procedures, documentation, timelines, and requirements Handle client queries professionally through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and changes Follow up with potential leads and ensure timely submission of documents Build and maintain strong client relationships Coordinate with internal teams and external bodies for smooth processing Key Requirements: Gender: Female candidates only Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably with training in counselling, immigration, or international education) Experience: Preferred: 1+ years in visa counselling or immigration services Fresher: May be considered if confident and highly presentable Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language Personality: Well-groomed, confident, and approachable demeanor Other Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision Positive attitude and team player What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance incentives Supportive work environment Career growth opportunities within the organization Training and development programs How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their updated resume to Branchimmi@gmail.com or call us @ 8719087290.
