Visa Counsellor - For Chandigarh

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Visa Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have thorough knowledge of student and immigration visa processes for Canada, UK, USA, and New Zealand. The role involves guiding and assisting students or clients through every stage of the visa process, from documentation to final submission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate guidance and counseling to students/clients on visa documentation, timelines, and interview preparation for Canada, UK, USA, and New Zealand.
• Handle end-to-end visa application procedures including file assessment, SOP preparation, and lodgement.
• Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, regulations, and embassy requirements for the specified countries.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of visa application processes for Canada, UK, USA, New Zealand and Australia, along with PR processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punjabi language is Must.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
• Prior experience of 1–3 years in visa counselling or immigration services.
• Knowledge of overseas education systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
