As a Visa Counselor and Telecaller at Cross Guide Solution in Chandigarh, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with visa applications and providing necessary information related to visa regulations. Your primary responsibilities will include handling study and tourist visa inquiries, ensuring compliance with visa requirements, and maintaining a high level of customer service. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in the immigration field, specifically in study and tourist visas. A deep understanding of visa regulations and excellent communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with clients and addressing their concerns. The work timings are from 10 am to 6 pm on weekdays and from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturdays, providing you with a balanced work-life schedule.
