As a Senior Consultant for Implementation with a focus on Intellimatch products, you will be responsible for working on implementation projects at customer sites within the Financial Services domain. Your key responsibilities will include designing, configuring, and implementing IntelliMatch products according to project tasks, as well as providing training, scoping, and estimating tasks. You will play a crucial role in accurately documenting client requirements, proposing solutions, and managing the sign-off process. Acting as the primary point of contact for end-users, you will investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve any technical or functional issues efficiently. Effective communication and timely escalation of concerns to the project manager will be essential aspects of your role. Collaboration with project management, product management, and development teams will be necessary to ensure successful project delivery. Building strong relationships with clients, both internal and external, is a key part of delivering personalized and professional service. Continuous improvement in consulting processes, methods, and standards will be encouraged. You will be required to work under pressure to meet deliverable deadlines and maintain a calm and professional demeanor when dealing with challenging situations. Collaborating with sales and pre-sales teams, you will leverage your domain expertise to help clients enhance their processes and achieve higher rates of straight through processing. Facilitating workshops with clients to identify pain points, process improvements, and configuring solutions will be part of your responsibilities. Managing project teams, developing project plans, and effectively managing client expectations throughout project delivery will also be crucial. To be successful in this role, you should have 5-9 years of experience in a financial services back office environment, with knowledge of reconciliation, cash management, or exception processing. Hands-on experience with end-to-end implementation in an IT organization, along with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, will be required. Technical expertise in areas such as IntelliMatch, MSSQL databases, reconciliation tools, and network administration will be beneficial. Proficiency in Windows Server, SQL Administration, VB/SQL/Batch scripting, Crystal Reports, and familiarity with tools like SSR, Accurate, T-Rex, TLM will be advantageous. Experience with MS Project and MS Visio, along with excellent written and oral communication skills, will be essential for this role.
