GAE ENGINEER Applied experience and strong knowledge in GD&T person will get skilled in defining datum targets, 3-2-1 principle, apply GD&T callouts to BiW, Exterior and Interior components, define and optimize tolerances. Design & Validation of Checking fixture Locating holes, Go-NoGo, Datums, Support features. Strong Tolerance Stackup skill – 1D, 2D and 3D tolerance analysis and modelling using RDnT Working Knowledge about Aesthetical Gap Flush definitions and Requirements setting at Vehicle level. Working Knowledge about Measurements tools like Faro arm, CMM, etc and handson experience of using it. Experience Level : 5 to 10 years Tools experience required : Catia, RDnT/3DCS/Vis VSA or any 3D tolerance analysis software, PDM link, MS office
