As a VIS & BI Strategy Practitioner, your role involves developing a comprehensive vision for Visual Information Systems and Business Intelligence. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to assess opportunities, craft business cases, and formulate strategies aligned with industry standards. Your focus will be on guiding clients through the adoption of these systems, ensuring relevant measures and metrics for specific functions. You will also work on creating a roadmap for successful implementation and value measurement of VIS/BI initiatives. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Expected to be an SME in VIS/BI strategies. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. - Responsible for team decisions and contribute to key decisions. - Engage with multiple teams to provide solutions and insights. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor industry trends for VIS/BI advancements. **Professional & Technical Skills:** - **Must To Have Skills:** Proficiency in Kinaxis. - **Good To Have Skills:** Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. - Strong understanding of business intelligence frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in developing and implementing strategic roadmaps for VIS/BI initiatives. - Ability to analyze complex data sets for actionable insights. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Kinaxis. This position is based in our Hyderabad office. A 15 years full-time education is required.,
