Project Role Description : Develop a VIS/BI vision, business case, and modernization strategy; discover and assess VIS/BI opportunities; identify industry- and function-centered VIS/BI use cases; guide clients on industry and function relevant measures and metrics; develop a VIS/BI roadmap and operating model; help drive adoption, decision making and behavior change; measure VIS/BI value.

Summary: As a VIS & BI Strategy Practitioner, you will engage in the development of a comprehensive vision for Visual Information Systems and Business Intelligence. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to assess opportunities, crafting business cases, and formulating strategies that align with industry standards. You will also focus on guiding clients through the adoption of these systems, ensuring that the measures and metrics are relevant to their specific functions. Additionally, you will work on creating a roadmap that outlines the steps necessary for successful implementation and value measurement of VIS/BI initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of VIS/BI strategies. - Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains at the forefront of VIS/BI advancements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Strong understanding of business intelligence frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in developing and implementing strategic roadmaps for VIS/BI initiatives. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Kinaxis. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
