Job Title: Office Boy cum Peon Location: Bangalore Company: HQCoworks Job Summary:HQCoworks is seeking a reliable and proactive Office Boy cum Peon to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness, assist staff with basic administrative support, manage pantry services, and handle deliveries and errands as needed. This is a vital role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all members and visitors. Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness and order in the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas. Serve water, tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors. Handle internal document distribution and external errands like courier drop-offs/pickups. Assist with the setting up of meeting rooms and general office arrangements. Monitor and restock pantry and office supplies. Support basic office maintenance and liaise with vendors or housekeeping staff as required. Perform other miscellaneous tasks to support day-to-day coworking operations. Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or equivalent. Prior experience as an office boy/peon in an office environment preferred. Basic understanding of office etiquette and hygiene. Courteous, punctual, and responsible. Ability to handle minor tasks independently and multitask as required. Working Hours:9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
