As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with extensive experience in Open Source and Red Hat OpenStack cloud environments, you will specialize in the design, deployment, and automation of private/hybrid cloud infrastructures using Ansible and Ceph storage systems. Your primary responsibilities will include architecting and managing scalable, secure cloud infrastructure using Red Hat OpenStack and Ceph, developing and implementing automation using Ansible, Python, and Bash to streamline cloud operations, and performing full-stack deployment and lifecycle management of OpenStack services. You will also lead infrastructure upgrades, security patching, and VM provisioning with robust governance, monitor performance and utilization with proactive capacity planning and alerts tuning, engage in root cause analysis with OEMs, and apply production-grade fixes and optimizations. Additionally, you will mentor peers and enhance operational efficiency through best practices and documentation. Key Skills And Experience: You have: - Bachelors or Masters in engineering with 8 plus years of experience in Red hat RHEL Linux, Opensource/RHOSP cloud stacks, and AWS, GCP, Azure, Open shift. - Automation and scripting expertise using Python, Bash, and Ansible. - Experience in virtualization (KVM, VMware), Ceph storage, and Linux system administration.
