As a Cloud Managed Services Engineer (L3) at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in providing a managed service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving cloud-based incidents and problems. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a high level of service to clients through pre-emptive incident and resolution activities, product reviews, operational improvements, and quality assurance. Your ultimate objective will be to ensure zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions by managing tickets of high complexity, conducting advanced tasks, and providing resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems. In this role, you will exercise considerable judgment and independent analysis while adhering to defined policies and practices. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to coach and mentor junior team members across functions and contribute to/support project work as required. Key Responsibilities: - Configuring, installing, testing, and ensuring the operational status of assigned infrastructure at the client site. - Applying monitoring tools, responding to alerts, and identifying problems and errors in a timely manner. - Analysing, assigning, and escalating support calls, as well as investigating and identifying the root cause of incidents and problems. - Providing onsite technical support and field engineering services to clients. - Conducting monthly reviews of incidents and service requests to recommend improvements in quality. - Proactively identifying opportunities for work optimization, including automation possibilities. - Managing and implementing projects within the technology domain and working on Disaster Recovery functions and tests. - Performing any other related tasks as required. What youll be doing Key Responsibilities: Ensures that assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested, and operational.
