EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : 2-3 years Key Responsibilities: Recruitment (60%) End-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Coordinate with managers for manpower planning. Maintain recruitment dashboards and candidate pipelines. Operations & Compliance (40%) Attendance & leave management and maintaining employee records. Salary processing support and coordination with payroll team. Drive employee engagement activities and handle grievances. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, audits, filings).
