1. Responsible in calling the database assigned for reactivating inactive clients2. Out calling the clients for reactivation and solving their queries getting them to start    trading and keeping them active.3. To keep abreast with market knowledge and market intelligence4.Ensuring all trades are done with customer consent as per dealer conduct on   recorded lines5. Ensuring Quality and Compliance is met on all calls along with the KRA Target set6. Responsible for Reactivation of Inactive customers7. Managing In process and providing end to end solutions to customers8. Provide regular updates to immediate superior as and when required9. NISM 8 Required
