A detail & anccuracy oriented with problem solving skills accountant executive with +2 years of experience in end-to-end accounting operations, compliance filing and audit support. Proven track record of maintaining accurate books of accounts, ensuring timely GST/TDS/TCS returns, and leveraging advanced Excel skills to streamline reporting and analysis. Highly organised, deadline-driven, and adept to collaborating with internal teams and external auditors. Core Competence: Bookkeeping and ledger management: -Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journals, ledgers and other accounting documents. -Record all business transactions in accou software (e.g. Tally) -Prepare and manage invoices, receipts and payments to ensure timely transactions. -Perform bank and cash reconciliation regularly to ensure financial accuracy. -Reconcile accounts payables and accounts receivables to ensure all transactions are recorded properly. -Review and reconcile petty cash, credit card statements and vendors accounts. -Prepara and timely electronic filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) -Filing of TDS returns (Form 24 Q,26Q) and TCS returns as per income tax regulations . -Maintenance of tax deduction record, issuance of TDS certificates and liaison with tax authorities. Maintain record for tax audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. -Stay updated with latest tax law, including GST, TDS and income tax/RBI registrations. -Advanced Excel Functions: VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, data validation and macros. -Development of automated financial dashboards of sale, expenses and cash flow analysis. -Customize MIS reports to support management decision making. -Monthly billers maintenance-rent, electricity, Internet, security and other miscellaneous services providers. -Make sure that all the files and documents are in order.
