Job Title: Territory Sales Manager - MBO (Multi-Brand Outlets) Location: South India Experience Required: 35 Years (Footwear Distribution Business) Salary: 30,000 35,000 per month Department: Sales Distribution Channel (Footwear) Reports To: Regional Sales Manager Role Summary: The Territory Sales Manager - MBO will be responsible for driving sales through distribution partners in the assigned territory. The role includes sales target achievement, primary and secondary sales tracking, distributor engagement, trade participation, onboarding new partners, and ensuring timely payments. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly targets through distribution partners. Manage and grow business with existing distributors and retailers in the assigned cluster. Generate and track primary and secondary sales , ensuring market penetration and brand visibility. Participate in trade shows , product launches, and dealer meets to boost sales and brand awareness. Identify and onboard new distributors , ensuring territory coverage and partner alignment. Coordinate with supply chain and finance teams for stock availability and order fulfillment. Monitor inventory flow and coordinate with distributors for timely replenishments. Ensure timely payment collections and adherence to credit policies. Provide regular market feedback, competitor insights, and sales reports to management. Conduct field visits to understand market dynamics, guide partners, and support retail execution. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline; Graduate or Post Graduate or diploma in Sales/Marketing is an advantage. 35 years of experience in footwear or apparel distribution sales , preferably in the MBO channel. Strong understanding of distributor management and market development. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Job Title: Cluster Manager Retail Location: Bangalore Experience Required: 3 - 5 Years Salary: 50,000 per month Department: Retail Sales Reports To: Regional Sales Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and performance-oriented Cluster Manager Retail (EBO Business) to manage a group of Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) across locations. This role involves leading retail sales, ensuring seamless operations, and driving consistent business growth through strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate must have experience in handling multiple stores, with a strong focus on business analysis, franchise management, team development, and stock control across both COCO and FOFO store models. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Growth Drive store-wise retail sales and meet defined KPIs such as revenue, conversion, ATV, UPT, and bill count. Create and execute plans of action to grow the business in underperforming locations. Review business performance periodically and present detailed analysis and insights to senior management. Conduct merchandise analysis to ensure right product mix and stock availability. Drive sell-through and optimize stock-in-hand (SOH) at each store. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising Ensure SOP compliance across all stores including store layout, hygiene, service quality, and grooming. Drive consistent visual merchandising execution aligned with brand standards and marketing campaigns. Oversee inventory control, ensure timely replenishments, manage shrinkage, and coordinate stock transfers. Team Leadership & Development Motivate, guide, and supervise store teams to ensure high levels of performance and morale. Conduct training and coaching to enhance team skills, customer service, and product knowledge. Control staff attrition by building strong team engagement and career development plans. Franchise Partner Management Maintain strong relationships with FOFO partners, providing guidance on operations, training, and performance. Resolve escalations and partner issues with agility and professionalism. Performance Review & Reporting Prepare and present periodic performance reports and business reviews to the Regional Sales Manager. Utilize data insights to propose actionable strategies to improve performance and profitability. Candidate Profile: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or a related field. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in retail cluster/store management. Strong expertise in handling multi-store operations (COCO & FOFO models). Proven skills in team leadership, franchise handling, retail metrics, and sales execution. Solid analytical mindset with the ability to multi-task and make data-driven decisions. High proficiency in using MS Excel, reporting tools, and retail ERP systems. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel frequently.
